Ibanez Mandolin Serial Numbers • Pre Serial 525 001

A pre-serial oval hole model with no label inside. Note the lack of headstock binding, typical of the 525 model. The headstock inlay matches the one for a 522 - perhaps an error at the factory. Purchased by the current owner in about 2002 in Oregon, USA, the previous history is unknown.
